ProspectOS is developing a WhatsApp Assistant for authorised estate and letting agency users. The planned experience will help agents ask supported questions, review explained results and prepare a controlled next action while ProspectOS remains the system of record.
The planned Assistant will provide a conversational access point to supported ProspectOS information. It is intended for authorised agency staff and will not create a second source of property or prospecting data. Explore the ProspectOS platform, property intelligence map and Prospecting Pipeline.
The planned Assistant is designed for short moments between appointments, while the full ProspectOS platform remains available for deeper review and controlled action.
Ask which supported property changes match your active branch, market and postcode scope while moving between appointments.
Request supported property and nearby market context, then open the full ProspectOS record when more detail is needed.
Review supported follow ups and saved work within your permitted ProspectOS scope.
Each planned answer should identify the active branch, market and postcode scope, explain why results matched and state whether anything changed. Unsupported or unclear requests should lead to a short clarification.
The planned workflow separates finding information from changing a ProspectOS record. The Assistant should clarify the request, explain the result and preview the exact effect before asking for confirmation. Where supported, proposed controlled destinations include Prospecting Pipeline and controlled prospecting automations.
Ask a supported question about a property, recorded change, saved item, Pipeline follow up or campaign review state.
If the property, market, postcode, time period or requested action is unclear, the Assistant asks one short question instead of guessing.
Review the matching results, active scope, source freshness and reasons behind each result. No change is made at this stage.
Review the destination and effect, then confirm before ProspectOS records a supported change.
The release setup will need to verify the individual user, show the permitted branch, market, postcode and action scope, and provide a clear way to review or revoke access. The final pairing method will be confirmed before release.
Register interest for confirmed availability, supported use cases, packaging and possible preview opportunities.
The Assistant is planned for authorised agency staff and is separate from customer facing WhatsApp enquiry features.
