Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 03/06/2026

ProspectOS is committed to making our public website and platform usable by as many people as possible, including users with disabilities or impairments.

This statement applies to the ProspectOS marketing website ( prospectos.co.uk and related local/staging domains) and describes our current approach. The customer portal may have separate accessibility characteristics.

1. Overview

We aim to follow recognised accessibility good practice, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where reasonably practicable for new and updated public pages.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some legacy content, third-party embeds or highly visual marketing components may not yet meet our target standard.

2. Our accessibility approach

Our approach includes:

  • Using semantic HTML structure for headings, landmarks and forms where possible.
  • Maintaining sufficient colour contrast on primary marketing pages.
  • Providing text alternatives for meaningful images and icons where feasible.
  • Designing forms with visible labels and clear error messages.
  • Testing key user journeys on desktop and mobile viewports.
  • Reviewing new pages before publication.

The ProspectOS platform used by agencies is a complex business application. We prioritise keyboard access, readable typography and clear workflows for core tasks, while continuing to improve less-used screens.

3. Keyboard navigation

Public website pages should be navigable using a keyboard alone, including links, buttons and form fields.

Some interactive components (such as modals, carousels or custom dropdowns) may require additional keyboard support work. If you encounter a control you cannot operate by keyboard, please tell us.

4. Screen reader support

We test selected pages with common screen readers (such as VoiceOver and NVDA) during development.

Decorative visuals, charts and marketing animations may not always convey full information to screen reader users. Where important information is conveyed visually only, we aim to provide equivalent text nearby.

5. Contrast and readability

We use the Space Grotesk and Inter typefaces with sizing and spacing intended for readability on dark marketing backgrounds and light content sections.

If you find text difficult to read because of contrast, size or colour, contact us — we will try to provide the information in an alternative format.

6. Known issues

We are aware that some areas may need improvement, including:

  • Complex pricing and checkout tables on small screens.
  • Some modal dialogs and animated marketing sections.
  • Third-party payment fields rendered by Stripe (subject to Stripe's own accessibility).
  • Cookie consent banner focus order on certain browsers.
  • PDF or downloadable resources not yet tagged for accessibility.

We maintain an internal backlog of accessibility fixes and address them alongside product development.

7. Feedback and contact

If you need information in an alternative format, or if you experience an accessibility barrier on our website or platform, please contact us:

  • Email: hello@prospectos.co.uk
  • Subject line: Accessibility
  • Include the page URL, a description of the issue, and the browser or assistive technology you use.

We aim to respond within 5 business days and will work with you to provide a reasonable solution or workaround.
