Subprocessors
This page lists categories of third-party subprocessors that ProspectOS uses to deliver the platform and related services. It is provided for transparency under our Data Processing Agreement and Terms of Service.
We may update this list from time to time as our suppliers change. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date.
1. Overview
When we process Customer Personal Data on your behalf, we use carefully selected suppliers to help us host, secure, deliver and support the Services.
We require subprocessors to protect personal data and use it only for authorised purposes under written terms that reflect applicable data protection obligations.
2. Current subprocessors
The table below describes the main categories of subprocessors in use at the date of this page. Specific legal entities within a category may change as we scale infrastructure or replace suppliers.

3. Purpose of processing
Subprocessors help us:
- Host and operate the ProspectOS platform.
- Store and back up customer and platform data.
- Send transactional emails and system notifications.
- Process subscription payments and related billing.
- Collect electronic signatures for fixed-term agreements.
- Produce and dispatch physical mail campaigns you approve.
- Provide property intelligence and data enrichment.
- Monitor security, performance and service quality.
- Operate the public website and consented analytics.
4. Location and international transfers
We aim to keep primary hosting and database processing in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area.
Some suppliers (for example email, payments or object storage) may process data in the United States or other countries. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards under UK data protection law, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Schedule.
5. Updates to subprocessors
We may appoint new subprocessors or replace existing ones as the business grows. We will maintain this page as the primary public register of subprocessors.
If you are a business customer with specific contractual notification rights regarding subprocessor changes, those rights are set out in your agreement or the Terms of Service.
